HOW ORDERS ARE PROCESSED

Keep in mind:  Studio 18 is a small business ran by a mother of 3 young children.  I provide a 24 hour cancellation window before processing of your order begins.   This timeline may be affected and adjusted as different worldly circumstances arise. We are in difficult times and I will always be transparent about turn-around delays. Please keep an eye on the email used at the time you placed your order.  I do all communication via email.   

"Days" are considered Business Days.  This does not include weekends or holidays.  Business Days end at 3 PM

DAY 1 - ORDER PLACED (YAY!) 

Orders placed during the weekend and after 3 PM CST will not be considered DAY 1 until the next business day

DAY 2 - CANCELLATION WINDOW

Change your mind?  Cancel today for a full refund. Once the cancellation window expired you'll need to request a cancellation via email. If we have already started working on your order, we may not be able to cancel. 

DAY 3-6 - PROCESSING (MAKE/PICK/PACK)

Please expect custom items to ship within 5-7 business days.  Fully read all item descriptions as individual turn arounds are listed whenever possible.

Any delays in processing will be communicated via email from shopstudio18@gmail.com

If your order is ready to ship you may receive an email notification with a tracking number from Shopify.

DAY 7 - READY TO SHIP OR REFUND ELIGIBLE

Any delays in processing past my 7 business day guarantee will be communicated via email. I will extend the offer to cancel the order and refund in full if your product is not ready.

SHIPPING

We offer Standard Free Shipping on all orders. Our Standard Shipping times vary based on your location.  Standard Shipping is fulfilled by USPS. I usually ship First Class which delivers to your door within 2-5 business days.

Upgraded Shipping is available and is fulfilled by UPS.  We will ship using the service you request during check-out. The price varies based on the weight of your order.

Shipping selections are non-refundable and will not be adjusted after check out. Please be mindful when selecting upgrading shipping.  Studio 18 is not responsible for postal delays, however I will try and help sort out any difficulties to the best of my ability.
