Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. I'll always make it right. Please email me at shopstudio18@gmail.com with any damages.  Please include clear photos and descriptions of what's wrong.

Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. This does include weekends. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.  We cannot accept returns or credits on custom items, sale items or gift cards.

Cancellation Request: If we are unable to cancel your order, you have the option to cancel and pay a restocking fee. This fee varies and can be up to 25% of your order total.  We will retain the restocking fee and return the balance owed to you.

Refunds can take 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank statement. 

Returns & Exchanges

Out of an abundance of caution surrounding the COVID-19 global pandemic we have temporarily suspended our returns and exchanges policy.  We will not be accepting returns or offering exchanges.  In lieu of this we have added a Cancellation Window (See our new Shipping Policy for more details).  If your order falls outside of the Cancellation Window please see the exceptions listed above.
